Thriving is a day dedicated to celebrating and empowering women in our community. Hosted at The Coachworks in Ashford, this unique event combines inspiration, connection, and fun.
On the 18th October, join us for a celebration of women’s health and well-being to mark World Menopause Day. Hear from inspiring speakers, enjoy practical workshops, take part in activities, and treat yourself to a delicious selection of food and drinks. Come with friends or come solo – this is your time.

It’s time to celebrate YOU.
This World Menopause Day, we’re bringing together women for a day dedicated to health, connection, and inspiration. Whether you’re navigating perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause, this is your opportunity to take a breath, learn something new, and leave feeling uplifted.
No but we would love to have you all day! The day begins at 10am and runs until 6pm with the evening fun starting from 7pm. There will be a timetable of events and speakers publicised nearer the date of the event.
There is a ramp to access the main arena and bar, there is also a disabled toilet available. There will be people on hand to help and allow you to make the most of the day.
Tickets are not refundable. Ticket cost is minimal and will cover expenses only.
This event is not suitable for anyone under the age of 13 due to the sensitive nature of some of the content.
Jo Adams is a passionate Personal Trainer and Menopause Wellness Coach dedicated to helping midlife women thrive—not just survive! With years of experience supporting women through the unique challenges of midlife, she empowers them to embrace strength, health, and confidence at every stage of life.
This special event is all about connection, empowerment, and celebration. From inspiring talks and hands-on workshops to self-defense sessions, a buzzing marketplace, and an evening of music and fun, we’ve designed a day that uplifts and celebrates every woman in our community.

Sam Griffin is a passionate women's safety, empowerment, and wellbeing advocate based in Ashford. With a strong commitment to creating safer and more inclusive communities, Sam works tirelessly to raise awareness and provide resources for women and her community to thrive. Her advocacy efforts focus on supporting individuals and groups through education, empowerment, and proactive safety measures.
In addition to her advocacy work, Sam is a respected radio presenter, using her platform to amplify important conversations around women's issues and community well-being. Through her multifaceted approach, Sam continues to make a lasting impact on her community, striving to build a more supportive and empowering environment for all.
